During the Corona virus lock down we are unable to offer store pick up, but can offer local delivery or pick up in the Slough area. Once the lock down is over and we are able to reopen, you are ofcourse more than welcome to come to our shop Deen, unit 19 Observatory Mall, next to Shoe Zone, High Street, Slough SL1 1LE, UK.

Postal deliveries will be shipped out within one or two working days through Royal Mail or relevant couriers as normal. Please allow the couriers estimated delivery time which might depend on current circumstances during the virus lock down and are out of our control. We do everything in our control to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The buyer has the responsibility to supply the correct address, be present at the time of delivery, and recover the package or rearrange delivery if not present, i.e. from the post office, neighbor or courier.
